That was a black day in Pakistan’s history.  Every year on 16 December, the nation mourns the loss of lives that happened in APS Peshawar. December 16 is the darkest day. Army Public School (APS), Peshawar was attacked by heavily armed terrorists. The incident took place on Tuesday, 16th December 2014. As of today (6 years after) nation still has not grappled from. That tragic incident Today marks 6 years of the APS Peshawar attack. Let us keep their sacrifices in mind and make sure such incidents are never repeated again

This was a black day in Pakistani collective memory.

 It can be said that this was one of the darkest days of our country’s history. Where more than 140 people lost their lives and several others were injured. Due to an attack by terrorists on two mosques in Peshawar on Friday night.

The attack took place when hundreds had gathered at the mosques for Friday prayers during. They were targeted by militants who fired rockets on worshippers. Killing dozens including women and children.

APS Peshawar attack was the deadliest terrorist attack in Pakistan’s history. It changed the country’s history ever since then. It was a turning point in Pakistan’s history where people thought. That nothing can’t be done against terrorism but we were wrong. Because people were working hard for their security. This is what happened to them at the APS Peshawar attack.

The deadliest attack in KP province occurred on this day when 25 people were killed. More than 70 others injured by terrorists who attacked an Army Public School (APS). Near Peshawar Cantonment on December 16, 2014.

The APS Peshawar incident has been referred to as “a national tragedy” and “a black day in our history”.As well as a great loss of our young generation.

Army Public School (APS):

The Army Public School (APS), in Peshawar, was attacked by heavily armed terrorists. The attack took place on 16 December 2014. It was carried out by a group of heavily armed terrorists led by Maulana Fazlullah. This school is one of the most famous educational institutes in Pakistan. It has been educating students for many years now.

The incident took place on Tuesday, 16th December 2014.

The attack took place in a school and killed 148 people. It was carried out by terrorists belonging to Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) and Jamaat-ul-Ahrar.

The TTP was formed in 2007 with the aim of creating an Islamic state based on Sharia law. In 2014 it announced that it would be carrying out attacks against Pakistani security forces. As well as civilians who had criticized. The Taliban’s rule over Swat Valley where they had seized control after ousting government forces from their positions there in 2009–10.

The Jamaat-ul-Ahrar has been designated as a terrorist organization by several countries including Pakistan.

Today marks 6 years of the APS Peshawar attack.

Today marks the sixth anniversary of the APS Peshawar attack. The APS Peshawar attack was carried out by the Taliban on 16 December 2014. In which 141 people were killed and around 100 others injured. The incident took place when the Army Public School (APS) was attacked by militants. Who had disguised themselves as students and teachers. In response to this attack, Operation Zarb-e-Azb was launched by Pakistan Army across all its military formations. With a mandate to eliminate terrorism from the country completely by eliminating terrorist groups. Such as the Taliban, etc., including those who hide behind their proxies like Lashkar-e-Taiba (LeT).

Conclusion

APS Peshawar attack was a black day for the nation. It was an incident that happened on 16 Dec 2014, six years ago. The incident took place when schoolchildren were attending their classes.  The terrorists entered the premises and started firing indiscriminately at innocent people.
