HOW TO USE THE JOINPD CODE TO JOIN A SESSION

Introduction

We’ve all been there. You’re in the middle of a meeting, and someone says, “Let’s go ahead and get started”. Then they ask you to take notes on the whiteboard while they explain the process. It’s annoying! But don’t worry there’s an easy solution: joinpd code.

Go to joinpd.com

The next step is to go to joinpd.com and enter the session code you received for your contact center program (see example below). If this is your first time using JoinPD, select “New User” and then click on “Connect” at the bottom of the page.

Once you’ve created an account with Joinpd. Go through the steps required for connecting your Salesforce account using their instructions. On how to connect your accounts together if necessary (see below).

Enter the session code you received for the program (see example below)

To join a session, you must enter the session code you received for the program. This is the same as entering “INTERACTIVE” in the login screen of your computer. Then clicking on “Join Interactive” at the bottom of your screen.

If you don’t have access to an Internet browser or if you are using one that doesn’t allow access to sessions like Safari, Firefox or Chrome then try looking for another way of joining this program!

Alternatively, if you have multiple computers connected to our server at once then each individual computer has its own unique code which can be used when logging into this website from those machines as well!

The following procedure should be used to join a session:

• The code is a number or letter. It can be any number between 5 and 10 digits, but not more than 10 alphanumeric characters. It must be used in an uppercase format (A-Z or 0-9). You cannot use spaces or other punctuation marks in your session code.
• The session code is case sensitive and must match exactly what you have entered in Step 1 of this tutorial on how to use JoinPD Code with Facebook Messenger (iOS). If you do not know what side of the keyboard your keyboard is on, please refer to our list here for help!

Click Share Video to share the video stream of your computer’s camera with others.

Click the “Share Video” button in the JoinPD Control Panel to begin sharing your computer’s camera with others.

The stream will appear in both the JoinPD app and in your browser. You can then share it with others by clicking on the Share Video icon found at the top of each window that displays a live video stream of theirs, or by clicking on either “Send Invite” or “Invite People Here” if they are already online when you click this button.
